Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase!
I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase.
Please email me @ sherricromwell@yahoo.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Customers are responsible to cover shipping charges for a return unless item delivered was damaged in shipping. If item received by customer was damaged in shipping, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, repair or replacement. Please include a photo of the damaged item in your email.
Please return your item in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless arriving damaged or mistakenly sent the wrong item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
